US Cheer Productions wants to make our competitions easy on all of our participants- that’s why we base all of the judging and rules on the national standards from USASF. Our rule book is their rule book.

Routine Requirements

All Star Routine Requirements

Total routine times can’t exceed 2 minutes and 30 seconds
Timing will begin with the first group movement, dance or cheer

School/Recreation/Music Routines

Total routine times can’t exceed 2 minutes and 30 seconds
Each routine must have a cheer and a music segment

Non-Mount Divisions

Total routine times can’t exceed 2 minutes and 30 seconds

Dance Routine

Total routine times can’t exceed 2 minutes and 15 seconds

Open and College Teams

Total routine time can’t exceed 2 minutes and 30 seconds

Cheer Solo

Total routine times can’t exceed 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Cheer Doubles/Trio

Total routine times can’t exceed 1 minute and 30 seconds

Stunt Group/Partner Stunt

Total routine times can’t exceed 1 minute and 15 seconds

Dance Solo

Total routine times can’t exceed 2 minutes and 15 seconds
